Attaining 70 years have been described as a milestone that brings wealth of experiences and allows for deeper appreciation of life challenges.
This was the message delivered by the shepherd in charge of the Celestial Church of Christ, CCC, Orisun Iye Parish, Owode, Apata, Ibadan, Most Superior Evangelist Raphael Adesokan at the 70th birthday thanksgiving service for Mrs. Christiana Fawole.
Most Superior Evangelist Adesokan who described Mrs Fawole as an epitome of humility, noted that her new age should come with a sense of commitment and gratitude.
Appreciating God for their mother’s life, the eldest daughter of the celebrant, Mrs. Grace Folorunso described the matriarchof the Fawole family in Ode-Omu, Osun state, as a great mother who prioritises family bond.
The celebrant, Mrs Christiana Fawole appreciated God for his mercies upon her life and that of her family and for witnessing 70 years.
Highlights of the thanksgiving service included, cutting of cake and special prayers for the celebrant and her family.
Mrs Fawole is the mother of a broadcast journalist and resource person at Pensioners FM, Mr. Olaolu Fawole.
Mama FAWOLE will enjoy more good health as she has climbed another MILESTONE in her lifetime. May she never witness any sorrow over her children. The Almighty Lord will uphold her more as she too will have all her days to thank the ALMIGHTY LORD
