EDU Morns Passing of Eminent Education Administrator Adeleke

The Ede Descendants Union,EDU, says it has received with shock, the news of the home call of a foremost educationist and community leader,the Late Chief Jonathan Adeleke.

In a statement by the president of the Union, Professor Ademola Olaitan and National Secretary, Dr. Nureni Lawal,noted that though the loss is painful and profound.
The however said, it joined the family, associates, and the entire education community in giving glory to God for a life well spent in service to humanity.

The statement added that, the Late Chief Jonathan Adeleke was a teacher of teachers, a role model, a devoted Christian, and a trailblazer, whose impact transcended classrooms and institutions.

The Union recognised his commitment to education, moral uprightness, and community development remains indelible in Ede land and beyond.
It thanked God for his fulfilled life marked by discipline, mentorship, and selfless service.

EDU extends its heartfelt condolences to Dr. Keji Adeleke, the entire Adeleke family, Omowumi Continuing Education Services Management, staff, students, and all those touched by Baba’s exemplary life.
The Union pray Almighty God to grant the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss and that His divine comfort abides with them at this trying time.

According to the statement, the Union take solace in the assurance that the late Baba Adeleke has joined the triumphant saints, having laboured diligently in God’s vineyard and in the service of mankind.

EDU also commiserate with members of Ede Elders’ Council to which the late Chief Jonathan Adeleke belonged throughout his life time.
