Opatoki Promises Youth-Driven Administration if Elected

A governorship aspirant under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party in Oyo State, PDP, Otunba Oluseye Opayoki, has pledged to strengthen the Oyo State Western Nigeria Security Network, codenamed Amotekun, to ensure maximum security, if elected as governor of the state.

Otunba Opatoki made this pledge at a youth engagement forum , held at the House of Chiefs, Secretariat, Ibadan, Oyo State capital.

According to him, security would form part of his four cardinal points which include economic development to boost the state’s Internally Generated Revenue, IGR, education, health care and agricultural if elected in 2027.

Speaking further, Otunba Opatoki said if elected, his administration would be youth-driven through empowerment and creation of job opportunities.

Otunba Opatoki also promised to build on the legacy of Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration especially in agriculture to enhance food security in the state.

He solicited support of the people to emerge as PDP governorship flagbearer in the 2027 election.
