Two Public Affairs Analysts have called on organised labour to channel their energy towards advocating for policies that will be of benefit to all Nigerians and not just workers.
The Analysts Honourable Femi Adebisi and Mr. John Njoku made the call in reaction to the newly approved 70,000 naira as minimum wage on Pensioner’s FM weekend Programme” Voice of Liberation”.
Honourable Adebisi who is also a media consultant and Mr. Njoku who expressed disappointment over the new minimum wage, called on organised labour to focus on issues like, inflationary trend in the nation and the constant devaluation of naira.
The Public Analysts also urged the federal government to keep its promise of aiding the private sector in paying the new minimum wage.
