Permanent Secretary, Osun State Ministry of Information, Mrs Abimbola Babatunde, says Governor Ademola Adeleke has repositioned the media sector for good since he assumed office in November, 2022.

Mrs Babatunde made this known in an interview with Pensioners’ FM correspondent, while representing the State Commissioner for Information and Orientation, Mr. Kolapo Alimi at a day forum for National Broadcasting Commission, NBC stakeholders in Lagos State.

According to Mrs Babatunde, Governor Adeleke has repositioned the State Broadcasting Corporation and has sent people on foreign trips to get new transmitter for the station.

“The governor has tried so much to resuscitate the dying radio and television stations in the state.”

Mrs Babatunde also added that the governor is media friendly and gives ears to the needs and demands of the media sector.
