NAWOJ Sympathises with Former Minister over Son’s Death

The National Secretariat of the Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ) has expressed her deepest sympathy with Mrs Paulen Tallen, former Minister of Women Affairs on the death of her son.

Comrade Aisha Ibrahim, National Chairperson of NAWOJ, expressed the association’s grief in a Condolence signed by Wasilah Ladan, National Secretary of the association and made available in Abuja.

Comrade Aisha Ibrahim stated that the deceased’s death is a huge loss not just to the family but to the society and nation at large and described it as most painful.

“We are saddened by this development and express our heartfelt condolences to our mother, sister, and leader as well as her entire family at this trying times of their lives. We joined you before now, in praying for his recovery, but the Almighty God knows the best. We stand by you at this trying moment, and we mourn with you and your entire household. Please, take heart, be strengthened, and take solace in the knowledge that he is in a better place where no pain is felt.” The NAWOJ Chairperson stated.
