Nigeria Union of Pensioners, NUP, Oyo State Council, has gifted Governor Seyi Makinde, a symbolic white horse in appreciation of his kindness and care towards Pensioners in the state.
The State NUP, led by its Secretary, Comrade Olusegun Abatan, presented the gift at the Inter-Faith service held at the state Secretariat, Ibadan.
Comrade Abatan, noted that the union decided to present the white house, because of its symbolic nature of peace, harmony and new beginning.
He noted that, what the governor, has done for the retirees in the state since the inception of his administration, cannot be overemphasised
Responding, Governor Makinde, appreciated the kind gesture of the state NUP
