Oyo State Screening Exercise to Hold at Officers Mess Eleyele

The Oyo State Police Command wishes to formally inform the good people of Oyo State, particularly shortlisted applicants in the ongoing recruitment of 50,000 Police Constables into the Nigeria Police Force, that the Police Service Commission (PSC), in collaboration with the Nigeria Police Force, will commence the physical and credential screening exercise from Monday, 9th March, 2026 to Friday, 18th April, 2026.

In Oyo State, the screening exercise will take place at the Officers’ Mess, Oyo State Police Command Headquarters, Eleyele, Ibadan, strictly in accordance with the date and time specified on each applicant’s Invitation Slip.

Candidates are required to log on to npfapplication.psc.gov.ng to confirm their status and print the necessary documents. At the screening venue, applicants must present their Invitation Slip (with assigned table), screening forms, evidence of physical and mental fitness from a government-recognized medical hospital, NIN printout or NIMC card, O’ Level certificate, Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age, Local Government/State of Origin certificate duly signed by the Local Government Chairman or Secretary, Trade Test/Certificate (for specialists only), duly completed Guarantors Form, and original as well as duplicate copies of their credentials neatly arranged in two separate white flat files with recent passport photographs attached.

All applicants are required to appear dressed in white T-shirt, white shorts, white canvas shoes, and white stockings, as prescribed for the exercise.

The Commissioner of Police, Oyo State Command, CP Femi Haruna psc (+), reiterates that the recruitment exercise is entirely free of charge and will be conducted with the highest level of transparency and merit. Applicants are strongly advised to disregard fraudsters or any individual demanding financial inducement, as such persons will be arrested and prosecuted in accordance with the law.

The Command assures all eligible applicants of a smooth, transparent, and credible screening exercise.
