Pensioners FM Sports Analyst, Coach Ibrahim Musa has won the maiden edition of the President Tennis cup beating his counterpart, Emmanuel Adetunji by 6/2, 5/7 and 10/8 in a super tie break.
The tournament was organised by Ibadan Tennis club, ITC Iyaganku Ibadan.
Speaking with Pensioners FM Correspondent, Coach Musa said keeping fit motivated him to participate in the competition, leaving behind old age in the quest for success.
Coach Musa equally advised players not to prioritise money in any competition as their physical fitness should be considered.
On his part, General Manager, Pensioners 106.7 FM, Dr Babatunde Tiamiyu congratulated Coach Musa’s success in the competition, describing him as a resilient sportsman.
Dr Tiamiyu added that the trophy was part of the station’s pride.
