Couples have been advised to build a Godly home filled with love, understanding and submission.
This was the emphasis by well-wishers as family of Akinade and Popoola joined their Children, Babatunde Akinade and Folashade Popoola in matrimony on the 2nd of September, in Ibadan the Oyo State Capital.
Speaking with Pensioners FM Correspondent, Mr and Mrs Akinade, thanked God for making the occasion a success.
The new couple appreciated well-wishers for gracing the occasion and for the love and gifts showered on them.
Mr Akinade and Mrs Akinade equally urged people looking for partners to be patient as God’s time is always the best.
The father of the Bride, who is also the Executive Secretary, Nigeria Union of Pensioners, Oyo State Council, Comrade Olusegun Abatan, advised the new couple to enter their married life with realistic expectations and realise that consistent effort is part of the deal that would make their marriage much better.
