A Board member of Oyo State Community and Social Development Agency, Mrs Adebobola Agbeja has urged career women to create balance between work and their family.
Mrs Agbeja made this known in an interview with Pensioners FM.
According to her, creating a balance would give room for nurturing and bonding within the family, especially in the upbringing of a child.
Mrs Agbeja also urged children to be obedient to their parents, stating that parents always know what is best.
