A Retired Vice Principal in Oyo State Service, Alhaja Adeola Gbadamosi, says parents have major roles to play in improving the standard of education sector in the state.
Alhaja Gbadamosi made this known in an interview with Pensioners FM correspondent.
She expressed displeasure over negligence on the part of the parents in prioritizing their children’s education.
Alhaja Gbadamosi, who lauded the Oyo State Government’s efforts in improving education in the state, said parents should assist by enforcing the culture of reading.
Speaking on the dilapidated condition of Oyo Schools, Alhaja Gbadamosi called on the state government to look into the issues ahead of school resumption.
