A Deacon at Oritamefa Baptist Church, Dr Soji Adeyanju, has encouraged Christians to make positive impact in the society.
Dr Adeyanju who was the guest speaker, made this known at the 2024 first quarterly lecture of the Men’s Missionary Union of the New Haven Baptist Church, Ibadan.
Speaking on the theme” Christianity Beyond the Four walls Of The Church “, Dr Adeyanju said the society is full of Christians with little or no impact on the society, saying some Christians only practice Christianity within the four walls of the church.
Dr Adeyanju noted that Christian life must be reflect at home, office , neighbourhood and business places.
Dr Adeyanju also used the opportunity to reemphasised the need for Christians to study the Scripture daily.
On his part, pastor in charge of New Haven Church, Pastor John Adeyemo, said the choice of the theme was to remind Christians of their purpose on earth.
Pastor Adeyemo added that one of the call of Christianity is to go into the world and make disciples of all nations.
