Unique Legacy School Ibadan has won the 4th edition of Imole-Sports Quiz competition.
Twelve secondary schools across Oyo state contested for medals at the event held at NUJ Press Centre Iyaganku, Ibadan, Oyo State.
In the competition that have been in existence since 2021 for sports development through grooming of future sports journalists.
Unique Legacy School, Ibadan, defeated eleven other schools to emerge winner with 68 points.
Glorious College Ibadan edged All Souls high school, Ibadan with a point to came second with 45 points, while Oba Akinbiyi high school one Ibadan clinched the fourth position.
Speaking with Pensioners FM correspondent, the organizer of the competition, Mr. Ibrahim Oladimeji, attributed success of this year edition to support from well meaning Nigerians.
Mr. Oladimeji, popularly known as Imole-Sport, said the this year's attendance surpassed records of the three previous editions.
The renowned Sports presenter while appreciating his benefactors, including the General Manager of Pensioners 106.7 FM, for their unwavering support, Dr. Bababtunde Tiamiyu, pledged to make next edition more colourful.
Among Broadcast Media Personalities that graced the event include Popular Yoruba Sport Presenter, Babatunde saheed and General Manager of Success FM, Mr Adesina Jangunmade.
