A retired School Principal, Pastor Tunji Anjolaoluwa, has called on the government to resuscitate the Grade 2 Teaching System.
Pastor Anjolaoluwa who retired at Oke Bola High School, Ibadan, made this known while featuring on Pensioners FM programme “Grey Hair” which profiles the past lives of retirees.
According to Pastor Anjolaoluwa, since the teaching system was abolished, it has contributed to low standards of the teaching profession.
Pastor Anjolaoluwa urged teachers to be more committed to their profession, noting that there are numerous rewards for them.
