Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Oyo State Command, has organised a retirement ceremony for its former Sector Commander, Joshua Adekanye and Deputy Corps commander, Tunde Adewale, at its headquarters, Eleyele Ibadan.
Speaking to newsmen in a farewell speech, Mr Adekanye urged personnel to always represent the corps diligently in their activities and assignments.
Mr Adewale on his own part urged relevant authorities to find a lasting solution to deplorable roads across the country to reduce accidents on roads
Highlights of the programme include special prayer for the celebrants, live band performances, cutting of cake and presentation of gifts.
In attendance were the state new Sector Commander, Rosemary Alo, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC, Nigeria Army, Oyo state Fire Services, Nigeria Custom Service, friends, families, and relative.
