The founder and President of Ibadan Business Hub, Temitope Adelakun, says planning and understanding are keys needed by couples in building a home and a career.
Adelakun made this known in an interview with Pensioners FM.
According to Adelakun, if couples can work together to prioritize their relationship, it would tackle any issue that may arise in balancing a home and a career.
Adelakun, who is also an entrepreneur, urged married couples to always work together for the progress of their home without any gender dominance.
She also advised couples to take care of themselves in the process of taking care of their home and children.
