A Human Right Activist, Comrade Moshood Erubami says Nigeria is celebrating 26 years of uninterrupted civil governance and not democracy.
Comrade Erubami made this known shortly after featuring on Pensioners FM political programme, “The Searchlight” in reaction to June 12 celebration.
According to him, if Nigeria is truly a democratic nation, citizens would not be suffering from unending hardships.
Comrade Erubami who was also a key player in the June 12 struggle urged the media to serve as watchdogs of government policies so Nigerians can enjoy the dividend of democracy.
