A retired Chief Environmental Health Officer, Ibadan North Local Government, Oyo State, Comrade Olasupo Rickett, has called for the resuscitation of Environment Mobile Court across the state.
Comrade Rickett made this known in an interview, after featuring on Pensioners FM programme, Isimidun.
According to Comrade Rickett, Environment Mobil Court will pave way for immediate punishment for an offender.
Comrade Rickett also called for the recruitment of more environmental officers in the state for a cleaner and safer environment.
He further urged the public to desist from dumping refuse on water ways, to prevent flooding during this rainy season.
