Health Expert Urges Healthy Lifestyle to Prevent Prostate Cancer

A Natural Healthcare Expert, Pastor Israel Taiwo, has advised men from the age of 35 and above to take proactive steps toward their health to reduce the risk of developing Prostate Cancer later in life.

Pastor Taiwo gave the advice during an interview with Pensioners FM shortly after featuring on the station’s Yoruba retirement programme, Isimi-dun.

He urged men to undergo regular prostate screening to determine the level of antigens in their body, noting that early detection can significantly prevent the development of prostate cancer.

The health expert further stressed the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle to include proper weight management and avoiding harmful habits such as smoking and excessive alcohol consumption.

He also encouraged pensioners and senior citizens to prioritise their wellbeing by seeking regular medical check-ups and timely treatment when necessary
