The Head of Democracy and Governance of Justice Development and Peace Commission, JDPC, Mr Jide Bamgbose has called Governor Seyi Makinde to deploy the use of apolitical monitoring groups to supervise all the activities of the state sectors.
Mr Bamgbose said this while featuring on the last episode of ‘Isejoba rere’ a Pensioners’ FM development agenda weekly programme of JDPC, Ibadan with the support of Meserior.
According to him, there is need for the groups, as this would help the governor monitor and track the activities of all sectors.
Mr Bamgbose equally urged Governor Makinde not to use politicians or civil servants that benefit from the system.
He further advised Governor Makinde to welcome positive criticisms.
