The Caretaker Chairman of Ede North Local Government Area of Osun State, Honourable Taiwo Amodu has joined Christians on the special occasion of this year’s Christmas.
In a congratulatory massage he personally signed, Honourable Amodu stated that celebrating the birth of the prince and ambassador of love and peace teaches mankind the timeless values of compassion, tolerance and forgiveness.
The council boss further stated that Christ was not restricted by the circumstances of His birth, but demonstrated the power of faith, providing an assurance that humanity can be better than their current circumstances.
Honourable Amodu urged the people of Osun state, irrespective of political and social standing to support the efforts of Governor Ademola Adeleke’s administration towards leading the state to socio – economic model for other states.
The Ede North Local Government helmsman assured the people of the council of dividends of democracy through developmental projects under his watch.
Honourable Amodu through the message wished the people a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year ahead.
