The aviation sector has continued to experience slow and minimal growth, with unfavourable policies strangulating airlines and the industry generally.
A Public Affair Analyst, Honourable Femi Adebisi, and a Legal Expert, Barrister Yemi Giwa, said this while featuring on Pensioners FM Weekend Current Affairs program” Voice of Liberation”

Honourable Adebisi said the aviation sector is suffering as a result of corruption, poor economic policies, insecurity, poor infrastructure and lack of Political will to get things done in the right way.
Honourable Adebisi however suggested that the government should hand over the sector to key investors in the private sector.
On his part, Barrister Giwa, said airlines are failing because they operate in an unfavourable environment not conducive for growth.

Barrister Giwa called on the government to put in place all necessary facilities needed for the smooth running of the aviation sector.
