Baale Ogunyemi Laid to Rest in Ibadan

Traditional rulers and political office holders have been urged to use their time and resources to serve humanity while alive.

The Priest in Charge of St. Mary Anglican Church, Oluyole, Ibadan, Venerable Yemi Alade gave the charge at the burial service of late Chief Adeyemi Bayonle Ogunyemi, The Baale of Oluyole Estate, held in Ibadan, Oyo state.

Venerable Alade said Chief Ogunyemi left good legacies worth emulating by traditional rulers and politicians.

Venerable Alade, also called on the family to live in harmony in the absence of late Chief Ogunyemi.

Some of the children described their father as a man of honour who in his lifetime instilled discipline in them.

Also speaking, wife of the deceased, Mrs Mofoluwasho Ogunyemi said Chief Ogunyemi was a good husband, father and friend and would be missed greatly.

He was laid to rest at his residence in Oluyole Estate, Ibadan.

Chief Adeyemi Bayonle Ogunyemi, age 80, who was born in February 18th 1945, died on the 7th of May and he is survived by wives, children and grandchildren.
