The Permanent Secretary, Oyo State Ministry of Information and Orientation, Mr. Rotimi Babalola has been described as a thoroughbred civil servant well grounded in administration and protocols for effective service delivery.
This was the consensus of his family, friends, colleagues and media executives at a special reception to celebrate his elevation to the new status in the state’s civil service.
The Chief Press Secretary to Governor Seyi Makinde, Mr. Sulaiman Olanrewaju, said the celebrant embodies hard work, humility and open mindedness in the discharge of his duties.
UNICEF Lagos Field Office, Social Behavioral Change Consultant, Mrs. Aderonke Akinola-Akinwole eulogised Mr. Babalola for always being a deadline conscious working partner on projecTs and assignments.
Responding, Mr. Babalola, appreciated those behind the initiative while promising not to betray the confidence reposed in him in the discharge of his duties and responsibilities.
The highlight of the event was a special prayer for the celebrant.
