An All Progressives Congress, APC, Stalwart in Ibadan, Hon. Babatunde Jimoh has paid a sympathy visit to the families of victims of recent building collapse in Ajanga compound, Atowoda in Inalende Area of Ibadan Northwest Local Government Area of Oyo state.
Hon. Jimoh, who commiserated with families of the victims in the collapsed building, where three people died and several others several injured donated some relieve materials to the victims.
Hon. Jimoh and his entourage also visited the chief imam of Nalende Central Mosque, Alhaji Zakariyahu Hamid who lost one of his children to the building collapse incident.
Alhaji Hamidu appreciated and also prayed for Hon. Jimoh for showing concern and supporting him and his community.
Another APC leader in Ibadan Northwest, Hon Adekunle Abass – Akande also appealed to Alhaji Hamidu and the community to accept the unfortunate incident as an act of God.
Hon. Abass – Akande enjoined the leadership of the affected communities to always support government’s efforts towards disaster reduction.
On the entourage of Hon. Jimoh were APC’s Public Relations Officer, PRO in Ibadan Northwest Local Government, Hon.AsimiyuOjuolape, Hon Tunde Aribilola Hon. Abodunde Rasaq and Hon. Mohammed Sulaiman.
