Nigeria Union of Pensioners, NUP Oyo state council, Agodi 5 branch has re-elected Mr Lateef Salawu as its Chairman for another four-year tenure.
The election witnessed by Assistant Secretary, Oyo NUP, Comrade Banji Koleoso, was held at the Secretariat, Ibadan.
Comrade Koleoso after pronouncing the results of the election, swore-in the new executives with an oath of office of Oyo NUP.
Speaking with newsmen after the swearing in, the re-elected Chairman, Mr Salawu lauded the state NUP for conducting a free, fair and credible election and promised to uphold the tenets of the union.
Mr Salawu, therefore, solicited for continuous cooperation of members for a smooth administration.
The new elected executives were, Vice Chairman, Mr Ipadeola Aderemi, Secretary, Mrs Felicia Atanda, Treasurer, Mr Labade Olaniran and Auditor, Mrs Mercy Olusola.
Others are Trustee, Mr Ogunlabi Yekini, two Ex officio, Mr Adeyemo Adepoju and Mrs Ganiya Agboola.
