His Imperial Majesty Oba (Dr) Rasidi Adewolu Ladoja(Arusa 1) has recently received a Lifetime prestigious the Sun Newspaper Award 2025 at Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos on Saturday
In the press release issued and signed by the Chief Press Secretary to Olubadan of Ibadanland , the Award was given in the recognition of Oba Ladoja past tracking records and the unprecedented achievements in the areas governance, politics, economic development, promotion of peaceful co -existence, exemplary leadership ,
enduring legacies , positive impact on the public and preservation of Yoruba cultural heritages
The Award was presented by the founder of the Sun Newspaper who was the former Governor of Abia State, Senator Orji Uzor Kalu at the memorable occasion
The paramount ruler was accompanied by his wives, the three serving Senators from Oyo State namely Sarafadeen Abiodun Alli (Oyo South ), Abdul Fatai Buari (Oyo North ) and Yunus Akintunde ( Oyo Central) and the former Senate leader Teslim Folarin among others
Congratulatory messages have been received from eminent personalities within and outside Nigeria on the receipt of the said prestigious Award , apart from felicitations, they prayed the Almighty God to further strengthened Kabiyesi and endow him with longevity of life in the service of God and humanity.
