The Governor of Ondo State, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has approved the confirmation and appointment of 32 officers as Permanent Secretaries in the state civil service.
The appointments were announced on Monday through a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Ebenezer Adeniyan, and posted on the state’s X handle.
The appointees include Mrs. Tayo Ogundare, Mrs. Morayo Bayo-Philip, Adeyemi Sule, Mrs. Olufunso Tunji-Omoniyi, Olanrewaju Abiodun, Tope Lebile, Stephen Aworere, Omotayo Akeju, Olufemi Moyinolorun, Olakunle Ajibade, Mrs. Oluwakemi Akinyemi, and Bamidele Daisi.
Others include Akinluyi Omotola, Olumide Kinga, Mrs. Ope Adetoye, Olusiji Olatunji, Mrs. Oluseyi Odusola, Mrs. Funke Adelayi, Dr. Akindele Ige, Olanrewaju Akarakiri, Dr. Mrs. Abike Ilawole, Tpl. Abimbola Tofowomo, and Kolawole Kayode.

Other newly confirmed Permanent Secretaries are Dr. Peter Akingbade, Ayodeji Ogudare, Adeduro Akinbola, Ibidapo Ojo, Olusegun Orisabinone, Surv. Idowu Owolabi, Adeoye O. Atibioke, Mrs. Toyin Awotoye, and Ayodeji Ayeku.
In addition, the governor confirmed key appointments into statutory positions, including Olusola Sunday Ajayi as Statistician-General and Dr. Charles Tunde Ojuolape as Auditor-General for Local Governments, subject to clearance by the Ondo State House of Assembly.
