The administration of Governor Seyi Makinde has rehabilitated about 100 Kilometer of roads within Ibadan Metropolis and other Road project outside the state Capital.
The Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Dr. Sulaiman Olanrewaju made this known while speaking on the sideline of the second edition of a special Stewardship programme tagged” State of the State”held at the parliament building, Oyo State House of Assembly, Secretariat, Ibadan.
Dr. Olanrewaju also reveal that the state government has also put machineries in motion to complete the remaining part of Iddo – Eruwa Road before the end of his tenure in May, 2027.
The CPS also highted some of other achievements of Governor Makinde to include the successful payments of workers monthly salaries, pensions and gratuities, the implementation of new minimum wage and pensions increase in the state.
Dr. Olanrewaju who commended Oyo state people for believing in Governor Makinde’s leadership,enjoined them to keep supporting him and his administration in the unrelenting quest to re – work the Socio – Economic landscape of Oyo state for immediate and future prosperity.
