Retired Primary School Teachers in Oyo State, have felicitated Secretary,
Nigeria Union of Pensioners, NUP, Oyo State Council, Comrade Olusegun
Abatan on the auspicious occasion of his 70th decades on earth.
This was said in a statement signed by its Chairman, Comrade Dosu Akinpelu and Secretary, Comrade Tunji Ogunwale.
Comrade Akinpelu and Comrade Ogunwale described Comrade Abatan as a great man and dogged fighter, who is always genuinely concerned about the plights of pensioners in the state, especially the Retired Primary School Teachers.
They noted that comrade Abatan has led Oyo NUP successfully with honour and dignity.
Comrade Akinpelu and Comrade Ogunwale prayed for the NUP scribe to
live long in good health and sound mind to celebrate more of this day on earth.
