Pensioners’ FM Analyst Dies

One of the pioneer News and Current Affairs Analyst on Pensioners’ FM, Prince Adeolu Adeyẹfa has died at the age of 66.

According to Prince Adeolu Adeyefa’s son, Prince Dapo Adeyẹfa, his father, popularly known as “Olootu”, was ill but was recuperating before passing away last Friday.

Prince Adeyẹfa said his father’s remains have since been committed to mother aarth last Saturday, after a Christian Service at his residence, Baba Alago Area, Odejayi Community, Apete, Ibadan, Oyo State.

He said the funeral service had in attendance members of the Adeyefa’s family, friends, colleagues and neighbours.

In the meantime, the Board, management and staff of Pensioners’ FM have described the death of Prince Adeolu Adeyefa as a big loss to the media industry.

This was contained in a statement by Pensioners FM General Manager, Dr. Babatunde Tiamiyu.

The statement described Prince Adeyefa as a thorough breed journalist uniquely gifted in the use of words, proverbs and witty sayings.

The station prayed to God to give the immediate family, colleagues and friends of the departed erudite journalist, the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

The late Prince Adeolu Adeyefa was part of the pioneer News and Current Affairs Analysts that joined the station upon its commencement of full broadcasting on 27th of September, 2019.
