Fair Action Nigeria, a charity organization, registered in Australia has sought partnership with Pensioners’ FM in providing affordable drinking water to communities that lack safe drinking water.
The General Manager, Fair Action Nigeria, Tosin Kayode, sought the partnership while on a courtesy visit to the office of the station’s General Manager, Dr Babatunde Tiamiyu.
According to Mr Kayode, the organization needs the collaboration of Pensioners’ FM in making the project visible and for the mobilization of resources.
Mr Kayode also reemphasised the importance of safe drinking water in curbing diseases in the society.
Reacting, Dr Tiamiyu lauded the organisation’s initiative, noting that access to adequate water in communities, would also tackle open defecation and other WASH activities.
Dr Tiamiyu, therefore, promised Pensioners’ FM partnership with Fair Action Nigeria.
