The commendation and burial mass for the late Mrs. Agnes Omokhule Emokhare-Gold, who passed away at 60 after a prolonged illness, were held at St. Cyprian’s Catholic Church, Oke Ofa Babaasale, Oluyoro, Ibadan, Oyo State.
The ceremony, attended by family members, colleagues, friends, relatives, and neighbours, reflected the impactful life she lived as a devoted wife, mother, and woman of deep faith.

He also expressed special appreciation to Mr. Timothy TM, a longtime friend who stood by her during her trying moments.
Speaking on behalf of the family, her immediate younger brother and former General Manager of Diamond FM, University of Ibadan, now a senior reporter with the Daily Herald of Saskatchewan, Dr. Paul Emokhare, said their sister had finished her race well and had gone to be with the angels and her Creator.
He added that she would be fondly remembered for her commitment to family values and the welfare of others.
Her eldest daughter, Miss Nnena Ukpai, speaking for herself and her sibling Ifedayo, paid glowing tributes to their mother, describing her as a woman deeply dedicated to her children’s well-being.
