Osun PDP Chair Describes Governor Adeleke as Blessing to People

The Osun State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP Chairman, Hon. Sunday Bisi has stated that the people of the state have never regretted voting Governor Ademola Adeleke into Office.
Hon. Bisi who stated this when he led the party’s state working committee on a courtesy visit to the Chairman of Ede North Local Government, Honourable Taiwo Amodu and his Ede West Council Development Area Counterpart, Honourable Saka Oladapo at the country home of the first Executive Governor of Osun State,the late Senator Isiaka Adetunji Adeleke.

The PDP chairman who described the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke as a game changer for Osun State and her people, added that the younger Adeleke has remained committed to developmental foundation laid by his late brother and their father, the late Senator Raji Adeleke.

Hon. Bisi however commended the caretaker chairman of Ede North Local Government,Hon. Taiwo Amodu and his counterpart from Ede West LCDA, Hon. Saka Oladapo for being shining examples of what leadership is all about for their commitment to people oriented efforts at various sectors.

In his welcome address, member representing Ede North state constituency,who is also the majority leader in the Osun State House of Assembly, Hon. Babajide Kofoworola thanked the state party chairman and his team for the visit as aimed at knowing how political office holders are bringing dividends of democracy to the populace across the state in line with Governor Adeleke’s development agenda.

Hon. Kofoworola also described the visit as a right step that would further solidify the structure of the party in the state ahead of future elections.

Pensioners’ FM gathered that the party’s leadership’s visit centered around familiarization and evaluation of the level of governance at the grassroot.
The party chieftains
appealed to both chairmen and the local executives of the party to bring more members into the party fold,while appealing to the aggrieved members to join hands the leadership to find solutions to various challenges facing the party.
The chairmen of both council areas also use the opportunity to give the account of their stewardship,with the pledged not to abandon the ongoing projects in their respective domain.
