An Ibadan based politician and legal Practitioner, Barr. Akeem Agbaje, has join others to felicitate former governor and the Otun Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Rashidi Ladoja on the occasion of his 80th birthday anniversary celebration.
The 2019 and 2023 All Progressives Congress, APC, Governorship Aspirant in Oyo State eulogized Oba Ladoja in a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen in Ibadan.
Barr. Agbaje described Oba Ladoja as an accomplished businessman mogul, an astute politician and member of the Olubadan in-Council whose contributions to the development of the ancient town, Oyo state and Nigeria remains indelible.
He equally described Oba Ladoja as a mentor and role model for young and old politicians needing pathway to advancing their political careers not only in Oyo state but Nigeria as a whole.
Barr. Agbaje celebrated Ladoja’s enduring legacy of leadership, emphasizing his dedication to the cultural and social advancement of Oyo State.
“Oba Ladoja’s vision for a prosperous Oyo state is evident in his undaunted commitment to community development and his advocacy for peace and unity among diverse interest.
“His is a dogged fighter against injustice towards achieving an egalitarian society was even more evident when he was the executive governor of Oyo state and the way in put all his all to support the citizens.
“ Our baba is a worthy role model for all sons and daughters of Ibadan,as we pray that God grant him many more fruitful years in good health and sound mind.
We shall continue to wish him a long life so that we continue to draw more from his wealth of experience and wisdom.
“I wish Oba Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja a happy birthday celebration filled with joy, happiness and more accomplishments in life”said Barr. Akeem Agbaje.
