By Adebayo Yusuf

A public affairs analyst, Barrister Foluso Olapo, has urged Yoruba Nation Agitators never to use war as dialogue to determine statehood or to form own government.

Barrister Olapo made this known while reacting to the invasion of the Oyo State Secretariat, in Ibadan, on Saturday, by alleged Yoruba nation agitators on Pensioners FM current affairs programme, “Trending”.

According to Barrister Olapo, peaceful dialogue rather than war would save agitators from charges of terrorism and treasonable felony.

Speaking further, the legal expert faulted the Department of State Services, DSS, for not forestalling the activities of the invaders, which led to threat on the sovereignty of the state.

Barrister Olapo, urged the government to meet the needs of the people, to avoid clamour for creation of other states within the nation.
