A legal practitioner, Barrister Oluwatobi Fatoki, says fear is one major factor militating against Nigerians enforcing their rights.
Barrister Fatoki made this known while featuring on Pensioners’ FM programme, “The Searchlight.”
He also highlighted poverty, lack of trust in the judiciary and inequality as some other factors suppressing the rights of Nigerians.
Barrister Fatoki called on Nigerians to always speak up and for the government to strengthen and enforce the laws that guide the rights of Nigerians.
He, however, kicked against misuse of rights, advising Nigerians to learn to differentiate between rights and rebellious acts.
