JDPC Seeks Collaboration with Pensioners Fm On Grassroot Development

The Justice, Development and Peace Commission, JDPC, a non-governmental organisation based in Ibadan, has expressed its interest in partnering with Pensioners’ FM to implement and promote programmes that will positively impact communities at the grassroots.

This was made known by the JDPC team during a courtesy visit on the General Manager of Pensioners FM, Dr. Babatunde Tiamiyu, led by its Senior Programme Officer, Mr. Olajide Bamgbose.

Mr. Bamgbose emphasised that the proposed partnership would support JDPC’s ongoing interventions in critical areas such as good governance, agriculture development, and the promotion of women and girl-child rights.

Mr. Bamgbose also commended the management and staff of Pensioners’ FM for their dedication and efforts in sustaining the station’s growth and relevance.

Responding, General Manager of Pensioners FM, Dr Babatunde Tiamiyu, who lauded JDPC for their support since inception of the station, assured the organisation of the radio station’s support.

Dr Tiamiyu also noted that the station is ready to collaborate with organisations working for the good of the society.

On the team of JDPC were Head of Media Unit, Mr Jide Olowoyo, Administration officer, Mr Abiodun Patrick and Monitoring and Evaluation officer, Mrs Deborah Omoigiafo.
