An Educationist, Mr Ayodeji Ajisope and a Public Affairs Analyst, Mr Femi Adebisi, have called on the federal government to invest more in disaster management agencies.

Mr Ajisope and Mr Adebisi made this known while reacting to the Tuesday night’s explosion on Dejo Oyelese Street, Adeyi Avenue, Old Bodija, Ibadan on Pensioners FM weekend programme” Voice of Liberation”.

According to Mr Ajisope who is also a Broadcast Expert, investing in disaster management would avert further disaster in the future.

On his part, Mr Femi Adebisi who is also a media consultant, described the rescue mission by disaster management agencies in Nigeria as appalling.

Mr Adebisi called on the federal government to take a look at how disaster management agencies are being managed outside the country.
