Former Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Oyo State, Hon. Isaac Ajiboye Omodewu has been buried.
The funeral service was held at First Baptist Church, Out in Itesiwaju local government.
The body of the late chairman was later lowered into the grave yesterday amidst emotions as mourners struggled to hold back tears.
Hon. Omodewu was until his death was the APC chairman in Oyo State.
He was a former commissioner for local government and chieftaincy matters and later served as commissioner for housing during the administration of Governor Abiola Ajimobi.
Omodewu passed away on August 19th, 2024 in the United States after a brief illness at the age of 61 years.
The burial was attended by APC national chairman, Alhaji Abdullahi Ganduje, Senator Abdulfatai Buhari representing Oyo North, senator Yunus Akintunde representing Oyo Central and senator Sharafadeen Alli representing Oyo South.
