The Annual Family Harvest, thanksgiving and remembrance in honour of late Pa Oyedeji Morounranti Abatan, has taken place at Christ Church, Mapo Ibadan.
Speaking on behalf of the family, Comrade Olusegun Abatan who is Secretary, Nigeria Union of Pensioners, NUP, Oyo State Council, said the family thanksgiving is an annual event held every 1st of Sunday in November in honour of the patriarch of the Abatan’s family.
Comrade Abatan also appreciated God for keeping the family alive to witness the annual family harvest.
A cleric in the church, Rev David Aina led the prayer for the unity, blessing and stability of the family.
The Late Pa Oyedeji Morounranti Abatan died on the 5th of November 1969.
