Makinde Mourns Victims of Building Collapse in Ibadan

Oyo State governor, ‘Seyi Makinde, has said that the state government would investigate circumstances surrounding a recent building collapse at Jegede Olunloyo area of Ibadan.

Governor Makinde who said this in a statement by his special Adviser on Media, Sulaimon Olanrewaju, assured that the state government would forestall further building collapse in the state.

The governor also expressed condolences to the families of the victims.

In the same vein, the governor has commiserated with families of two PDP Stalwarts in the state, Honourable Babatunde Eesuola and Mr Taoreed Adedigba, who died during brief illnesses.

Honourable Eesuola was a former lawmaker of Oyo State House of Assembly, while Mr. Adedigba was the immediate past chairman of Akinyele Local Government.
