The member, representing Ibadan North West constituency, Oyo State House of Assembly, Honourable Dawood Olalere, has inaugurated 24 units of solar powered lights project and empowered ten constituents.
Honourable Olalere, popularly known as D-Al- Ameen, while inaugurating the solar street lights at ward 6, Oke –Padre, said the project and empowerment programme were part of the promises he made to the people during his electioneering drive.
According to Honourable Olalere, the light up project would serve as security strategy for the people of the area while the 20,000 naira empowerment was part of his move to alleviate poverty among his people.
Honourable Olalere urged politicians to always prioritise welfare of the people that voted them into office.
