The National Association of Pepper Sellers, NAPS, Oyo state chapter, says the state will soon become a business hub for all pepper sellers across the country.
The President of NAPS in the State, Alhaja Fausat Azeez made this known at the inauguration of the association’s secretariat at Oderinlo, Mapo, Ibadan.
Alhaja Azeez appreciated God for the successful completion of the building, the first of its kind for the association.
Alhaja Azeez also called on members to always report to the secretariat if they face any challenge relating to the association.
The Chairman of the occasion, Jagun Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief Dotun Sanusi, lauded the association under the leadership of Alhaja Azeez for contributing to the economic growth of the state.
Chief Sanusi equally advises members of NAPS to work together for the progress of the association.
Dignitaries present at the event include Oyo State Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, Dr Wasiu Olatunbosun, and Pensioners FM’s Head of Marketing, Mrs Afolake Odeyemi.
Highlights of the event were a live performance by a Popular Fuji Musician, Alhaji Rasheed Ayinde and award presentation.
