Pensioners’ FM has lost one of its regular callers and Public Affairs Analyst, Omooba Robert Oladapo Adetula.
His eldest son, Prince Shina Adetula, confirmed that their beloved patriarch passed away peafully, in the early hours of Saturday, at his resident, Olukuewu Street, off Liberty Road, Oke-Ado, Ibadan.
Prince Adetula also mentioned that details of the burial arrangements will be shared at a later time.
Reacting to the sad news, the General Manager of Pensioners FM, Dr. Babatunde Tiamiyu, expressed his condolences, noting that the late Omooba Robert Oladapo Adetula, who died at age 75, would be remembered for his robust and impactful contributions on radio towards national development.
Dr. Tiamiyu stated that the Board and Management of the station also extended their heartfelt condolence to the Adetula family during this difficult time.
The late Omooba Adetula retired from the service of the defunct Power Holding Company of Nigeria, PHCN, many years ago.
