Leaders in the Christendom have been urged to base their teachings on God’s doctrine.
The guest speaker, a Reverend at Goke Adeleke Memorial Baptist Church, Ibadan, Femi Ajayi said this at the 2024 quarterly lecture of the Men’s Missionary Union, MMU of the New Haven Baptist Church, Ibadan.
Speaking on the theme “The Preponderance of False and Unbiblical Teaching in Christendom”, Reverend Ajayi said Christian leaders must abide by the teachings and dictates of God, in tutoring followers of Jesus Christ.
Reverend Ajayi also re-emphasised the need for Christian faithful to dwell on the scriptures daily for guidance.

On his part, Pastor in Charge of New Haven Baptist Church, John Adeyemo, advised Christians to be rooted in the word of God, in order not fall prey of false teachings and prophecies.

Pastor Adeyemo added that one of the calls of Christianity is to go into the world and make disciples of all nations.
