Chairman, Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Oyo State Branch, Adebayo Oluseyi has urged Nigerians to contact a registered professional for any transaction concerning landed properties.
ESV. Adebayo made this known after featuring on Pensioners’ FM Programme, Mid-Morning Extra.
According to ESV. Adebayo, only a registered and licensed Estate Surveyor and Valuer can give value for money over a quack whose aim is to swindle.
ESV. Adebayo said the codes and ethics of the profession demands excellent service delivery from licensed Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
ESV. Adebayo re-emphasised that no licensed Estate Surveyors and Valuer would perform below expectations.
