The Caretaker Chairman of Ede North Local Government Area of Osun State, Hon. Taiwo Amodu wants the people of his Council and the citizens of the State to heighten their support for the current administration under Governor Ademola Adeleke.
According to a state by the council Chairman’s media unit, Hon. Amodu made the appeal while addressing a cross section of his people during an advocacy visit to Buhari /Ishola Ward, Sabo Agbongbe Wards 2 and 7 in continuation of his tour across of the Council Area.
During the meeting which attracted the presence of politicians, community leaders and various stakeholders under his jurisdiction,Hon Amodu commended Governor Adeleke for his exemplary, effective and uncommon leadership style.
He emphasised that many of the achievements recorded within one year in the saddle have portrayed him as a focused, knowledgeable and experienced administrator.
Hon. Amodu also used the opportunity provided by the forum to reinstate his administration’s readiness to complete various ongoing road projects across the council area.
The Council Chairman however solicited for more support for the state government and the council’s administration,while urging government appointees in the council to work together towards delivering on Governor Adeleke’s developmental agenda for a better Osun State.
