The Nigeria Union of Pensioners, Oyo state council, has commiserated with the family of the late Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi over the demise of their son, Prince Adebayo Adeyemi.
The union made this known in a statement signed by its Chairman and Executive Secretary, Chief Isiaka Abolade and Comrade Olusegun Abatan.
According to the statement, the union described the death of Prince Adeyemi, as a colossal loss to the community and the state.
Chief Abolade and Comrade Abatan, therefore extended their heartfelt condolences to Prince Adeyemi’s family and the people of Oyo Kingdom, while praying Allah to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
